General Summary of Duties

As a member of the marketing team, the primary role of the Marketing Assistant is to provide or lead the website design and enhancements for digital marketing that drives outcomes based upon marketing objectives, campaigns, HubSpot platform, and assisting sales teams.


Job Requirements:

  • Required: Associates Degree in communications or related field and/or at least three - five years of professional experience directly related to duties and responsibilities specified
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Analytics of historical and newly signed business
  • CRM experience a must (preferably HubSpot)
  • Advanced knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) factors
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing principles concepts, techniques, and applications relevant to the field of promotion and advertising, especially in digital advertising platforms
  • Experience delivering exceptional audience experiences that drives outcomes
  • Knowledge of web design procedures and best practices
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to be hands-on with day-to-day tasks, as well as function in a higher-level strategic business planning capacity
  • Ability to act professionally and represents the office in interactions with partners, including upper-level administration
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees, the public, and internal and external clients
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and documents
  • Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instruction
  • Ability to take charge of projects, and assist in the development of systematic methods of communications
  • Must be a self-starter, self-managing, and self-motivated
  • Must be team and company oriented
  • Some travel required
